Reservations
To reserve flights you will need the name of the passengers exactly as it appears on the passport. We will file away the information of your agency under its ARC number, IATAN, and its phone number. If your agency does not have ARC approval, special measures will then be taken: We will maintain a tentative reservation for a maximum of five days. We will inform you about the date at the time of reservation. We will send the itinerary by fax each time you make a reservation and each time you change it. It is necessary that you examine each fax carefully to insure correctness of information.
Guaranteed and Ticketed
Your reservation will be automatically cancelled if you do not guarantee it before the set date of cancellation on your reservation. Please send us a copy of the money order by fax to 972-490-6367. As soon as we receive the fax, we will issue the ticket. If payment is by credit card, you will need to contact our reservation center. They will send you a form that you will need to fill out and send to the above-mentioned fax number, including the respective copies. This information will be kept strictly confidential.
Getting Your Tickets
