The following guidelines will help you in the process of making reservations for groups:

GROUPS- A group is a minimum of ten passengers who leave and return on the same flights through one domestic entry point, who travel to the same international destination. Remember, flexibility is key to getting the lowest price.

NAMES- The preliminary list of names must be received 90 days before the date of departure. The final names must be received 45 days before the date of departure. Certain airlines add surcharges for making changes of names after the final list of names has been submitted.

USE- A schedule of use will be provided with the confirmation for the group. In this schedule will be specified the specific dates by which loss of deposit can occur if seats are cancelled. The majority of airlines require that groups use 100% of the seats reserved 60 days before departure.

CANCELLATIONS- Cancellations made between 59 and 0 days before departure will incur a loss of the entire amount of the deposit. Once you are confirmed for the flight, the majority of the airlines have surcharges in case of changes or cancellations.

FINAL PAYMENT- The final payment has to be paid 35 days before date of departure.

MILES- In the majority of the contracts of tktLatino, it is not possible to accumulate frequent flyer miles.
